新中国的成立,确立了体育的社会主义性质和人民在体育中的主人翁地位。体育从少数人的奢侈品变成了人民大众共有的社会财富,实现了体育的第一次解放。体育和贫穷不能同乘一驾马车。当今,在产品经济向商品经济过渡,市场经济迅速繁荣兴旺之时,改革开放的汹涌之势又一次把体育推向新的考验——经济大潮。如今到任何一个体育部门,从体委到训练基地,从少体校到体工队,从体育场馆到体育院
The founding of New China established the socialist nature of sports and the status of the people as the masters of sports. Sports from a few people’s luxury into a common social wealth of the people, to achieve the first liberation of sports. Sports and poverty can not be ridden together. Nowadays, when the product economy is transitioning to a commodity economy and the market economy is rapidly prospering, the surging trend of reform and opening up has once again pushed sports to a new test, the tide of economic growth. Now to any one of the sports department, from the Sports Commission to the training base, from less physical education to work-team, from the stadium to the sports academy
