目的:为保障海岛部队官兵健康,探索海岛部队卫生防疫工作规律。方法:防疫人员深入海岛部队,在做好卫生防疫工作的同时,采取边调查研究,边总结经验的方法。结果:在海岛部队平时的卫生防疫工作中,领导重视,制度落实,科学指导,部门配合,群众参与是关键。其主要做法与体会:(1) 各级领导重视是做好卫生防疫工作的前提;(2) 管好二次供水,把住病从口入关;(3)抓好食品卫生,预防肠道传染病及食物中毒;(4) 全面防治“四害”,提高海岛部队生活和环境质量;(5)深入开展健康教育,不断提高海岛部队官兵的自我保健意识。结论:在实际工作中总结出来的体会与建议,对指导海岛部队平时卫生防疫工作有参考意义。
Objective: To explore the health and epidemic prevention of island units in order to ensure the health of island units. Methods: The epidemic prevention personnel went deep into the island army, and while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and quarantine, they took the survey and research while summarizing the experience. Results: In the daily health and epidemic prevention work of island units, leaders attach importance to the implementation of the system, and scientific guidance, departmental coordination and mass participation are the keys. The main practices and experiences: (1) The leaders at all levels attach importance to the premise of doing a good job in health and epidemic prevention; (2) Take good care of the secondary water supply and stop the disease from entering the mouth; (3) Do a good job of food hygiene and prevention of the intestinal tract Infectious diseases and food poisoning; (4) comprehensively prevent and control the “four pests” and improve the life and environmental quality of the island units; and (5) conduct in-depth health education and continuously raise the awareness of self-care among island officers and soldiers. Conclusion: The experience and suggestions summarized in the practical work are of reference value to guide the island health forces in routine health and epidemic prevention work.
