经新疆维吾尔自治区十二届人大常委会第二十二次会议审议通过的《木垒哈萨克自治县水资源保护条例》(以下简称《条例》)已正式施行。《条例》规定,对沿天山一线坡度25度以上的山区耕地,逐步实行退耕还林还草,恢复植被,涵养水源,改善生态环境。据介绍,《条例》共27条,对木垒县境内水资源开发利用等做出了详细的保护规定。《条例》规定,更新机井与旧井的距离不得超过50米,凿井前应当提前填埋旧井;禁止在县域所有河道内打井、取土、堆放物料、倾倒
The “Muti-Kazakh Autonomous County Water Resources Protection Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) approved by the 22nd meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have been put into effect. The “Regulations” stipulate that the gradual implementation of the project of returning farmland to forests and grasslands, restoring vegetation, conserving water sources and improving the ecological environment will be gradually implemented on the cultivated land in mountainous areas along the Tianshan Mountains with a slope of 25 degrees or more. According to reports, a total of 27 “Regulations”, made a detailed protection requirements for the development and utilization of water resources within Mulei County. The “Regulations” stipulate that the distance between the updated machine shaft and the old well shall not exceed 50 meters and the old well should be filled ahead of schedule before shaft drilling; it is forbidden to dig wells, borrow soil, stockpile material and pour in all river courses in the county
