一、前言近几年来,不少企业建造了自备热电站,实现了热电结合,取得了比较成功的经验。但我们也看到也有一些企业在实现热电结合工作中,没有取得相应的效果,反而浪费了国家资金,这是为什么呢?原因是多方面的,但主要原因就是在建造热电站时没有选好机组的容量规格,机组型式不适应客观实际的需要,因而就得不到相应的节能效果,甚至没有节能。这样的教训,必须引起我们的重视。
I. INTRODUCTION In recent years, many companies have built their own thermal power plants and achieved a combination of thermoelectricity with relatively successful experience. However, we also see that some companies have not achieved corresponding results in the implementation of thermal power integration, but have wasted state funds. Why? The reasons are many, but the main reason is that they have not been selected when building thermal power plants. The unit’s capacity specifications and unit type are not suitable for objective and practical needs, and therefore cannot obtain corresponding energy-saving effects and even do not save energy. Such lessons must arouse our attention.
