本文介绍了粒状渗铬剂的研制,以中碳铬铁粉为供铬剂,NH_4Cl+KBF_4+NH_4F为活化剂,Al_2O_3为填充剂,经过球磨混料、雾化喷料,烘干后制成均匀的颗粒状渗铬剂。用几种钢材试样进行装箱渗铬,研究分析了不同温度下(880~1020℃),保持不同时间(2~8h)以及不同钢种对渗铬层深度的影响,并研究了渗铬剂重复使用的效果。渗铬后试样进行金相、X射线衍射和电子探针分析。研究结果表明,渗铬层显微硬度很高,耐磨性良好,且具有良好的抗腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性。本试验所研制的粒状渗铬剂具有良好的渗铬效果,装炉渗铬工艺操作简便。
In this paper, the development of granular chromizing agent is introduced.
