宗谷线是日本最北端的铁路干线。为了实现 130km/h的提速客运 ,日本北海道铁路公司与丹麦国铁合作开发了 4辆编组的 2 16系列特快内燃动车组 ,并于 2 0 0 0年 3月投入运营。在该型动车组上安装了 7台功率为 338kW的N DMF13HZH型直喷式增压柴油机 (M1车上安装 1台 ,其余 3辆车上各安装 2台 ) ,并设有利用空气弹簧的车体倾斜控制装置。文中还介绍了该型动车组的编组与布置、车内设备、液力传动箱、转向架、辅助传动装置、制动装置、司机操纵台和监控装置的结构和规格、防寒防雪对策及运行试验结果。
Soya Line is Japan’s northernmost railway line. In order to achieve 130km / h speed passenger transport, the Japanese Hokkaido Railway Company and the Danish National Railways developed 4 marshaled 2 16-series Express diesels which were put into operation in March 2000. Installed on the EMU 7 N 338HZN direct injection turbocharged diesel engine 338KW (M1 installed on a car, the other three cars each installed two), and the use of air-spring vehicles Body tilt control device. The article also introduces the structure and specification of the EMU’s marshalling and arrangement, interior equipment, hydraulic transmission, bogie, auxiliary transmission, braking device, driver’s console and monitoring device, countermeasures of cold and snow prevention and operation test result.
