在对广东图书馆事业发展战略的研究讨论中,谈及颇多的是“网络化”、图书情报体系”、“岭南学派”、岭南文化”等等。偶看上去,它们是属于不同层次的概念,似乎无必然的联系。而实质上,我们不妨把它们联系起来看,便会发现它们之间有着不可分割的关系:网络化几乎是形成图书情报体系(宏观)的必要手段,这在当今的发展中尤其如此;某一完善的体系又常常是形成学派的先决条件;无学派之争亦难形成有特色的地区文化,这包括在图书馆学情报学领域内对传统规程的改革等等。还是让我们用展望与趋势的目光来谈
