子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)是具有活性的子宫内膜组织出现在子宫内膜以外部位而引起病变。EMS为妇科常见病,约10%-20%的育龄期妇女患病,主要临床表现为痛经、慢性盆腔痛、不孕。其中约71%-87%的患者有盆腔痛的症状[1]。近年来EMS发病率呈上升趋势,严重影响患者的生活质量。
Endometriosis (EMS) is an active endometrial tissue that appears outside the endometrium to cause lesions. EMS is a gynecological common disease, about 10% -20% of women of childbearing age sick, the main clinical manifestations of dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, infertility. About 71% -87% of patients have pelvic pain symptoms [1]. In recent years, the incidence of EMS is on the rise, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.
