本研究采用粉末冶金方法制成一种用于动密封的材料,以嵌镶块形式嵌镶于转动间隙处定子的燕尾槽中,密封转动间隙,能有效地阻止燃气的额外流失,从而提高发动机功效2~3%。而且,当转子和定子间发生摩擦时,嵌镶块被磨损而转动部件免受损伤。所研制出来的材料具有一系列优良性能,如良好的耐磨性、润滑性、密封性、抗蚀性和适宜的物理机械性能。已成功地用于航空燃气涡轮发动机之动密封。
