本文基于工作实践及相关文献的研读,对文秘工作与档案管理之间的一体化问题,进行了初步地探究,旨在为工作提供更为详细的理论与实践支持。通过相关的研究,本文认为对于文秘工作和档案管理两者间的关系是相辅相成的关系,并且二者还是行政管理工作中较为主要的组成部分又密不可分。档案管理工作是文秘工作的一部分,也是提高文秘工作者综合素质的一个有效手段;在实践工作中档案管理工作是离不开文秘工作的,如果没有文秘在前期阶段地准备工作那么档案的管理工作也是无法顺利进行的;有效地将文书、档案实施一体化管理是推动办公自动化进程的有效途径。并且认为实现文秘工作与档案管理一体化必须要树立质量管理意识,要制定严格的质量标准,要完善文秘与档案的组织机构并建立一支优秀的工作队伍;要建立较为有效地管理制度,规范相工作程序并依靠先进设备与技术优化文秘和档案管理工作。
Based on the study of work practice and related literatures, this paper explores the integration of secretary work and file management in order to provide a more detailed theoretical and practical support for the work. Through the related research, this paper thinks that the relationship between the secretarial work and the file management is mutually reinforcing, and the two are closely related to the more important part of the administrative work. Archives management is a part of secretarial work and an effective means to improve the overall quality of secretarial workers.
