故障现象ABS故障灯异常点亮。故障诊断用故障检测仪(IDS)检查,发现ABS控制单元中存储了故障代码C0037,含义为左后轮速传感器断路或对电源短路,由此推断左后轮速传感器及其线路存在故障。拆下左后车轮,观察左后轮速传感器导线连接器,无松动现象;脱开左后轮速传感器导线连接器,端子无异常。测量左后轮速传感器的线路,导通正常,且无短路故障,推断左后轮速传感器损坏。更换左后轮速传感器后清除故障代码,ABS故障灯熄灭。进行路试,故障再现。
Fault phenomenon ABS fault light abnormal lighting. Fault Diagnosis With the IDS check, it is found that the ABS control unit has stored error code C0037, which means the left rear wheel speed sensor is disconnected or the power supply is short-circuited, thus inferring the existence of the left rear wheel speed sensor and its wiring fault. Remove the left rear wheel, observe the left rear wheel speed sensor wire connector, no loose phenomenon; disconnect the left rear wheel speed sensor wire connector, the terminal no exception. Measure the left rear wheel speed sensor line, conduction is normal, and no short circuit fault, inferring the left rear wheel speed sensor damage. After replacing the left rear wheel speed sensor to clear the fault code, ABS fault light goes out. Road test, fault reproduction.
