400Gy60Coγ射线辐照中棉(GosypiumarboreumL.)花粉,90207受粉后获得二倍体棉与四倍体棉间的远缘杂交后代,对其F3、F4(2n=52)进行了同工酶电泳分析。结果发现,F3独杆类型后代的过氧化物酶同工酶谱中有父本中棉(G.arboreumL.)的特异带。F4个别纤弱、小铃株系的过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶中也有父本影响的趋势。以上均证明,少量二倍体遗传物质进入了四倍体细胞中。远缘杂交后代,独杆类型较多地具有阿须莫尼的特点,而分枝类型后代则与陆地棉(G.hirsutumL.)酶谱有更多类似之处。
The pollen of Gosypiumarboreum L. was irradiated with 400Gy60Coγ ray and distant hybridization progenies of diploid cotton and tetraploid cotton were obtained after the powder of 90207 was polluted. Isozyme electrophoresis analysis of F3 and F4 (2n = 52) was carried out. The results showed that there was a specific band of G. arboreum L. in peroxidase isozymes of F3 single-rod progeny. F4 individual weak, small boll lines peroxidase and cytochrome oxidase isozymes also have a tendency to influence the paternal. All above proved that a small amount of diploid genetic material into the tetraploid cells. Among the offspring of distant crosses, the single rod type had more of the characteristics of the arsenicone, while the branch type progeny had more similarities with the G. hirsutum L. zymogram.
