1.引言络合滴定法适宜对高纯组分的合金分析。本文小结Pt-Pd_(20)-Ag_(10)合金中测定钯和银的条件及适应性。采用氯化钠沉淀分离银—氨水溶解氯化银沉淀—镍氰化钾法测定银;再在分离银后的溶液中用EDTA络合滴定钯,以此达到样品中两个元素的快速滴定。实验表明,测定20mg Pd和10mg Ag时,相对误差均不超过±1%,精确度满足规定误差要求。络合滴定合金中的钯一般采用硫脲析出法,但加硫脲需要放置一定时间使流程稍长。本法在分离银后的溶液中反滴钯,节省试剂,简化操作。
1. Introduction Complexometric titration is suitable for alloying analysis of high purity components. This article summary Pt-Pd_ (20) -Ag_ (10) alloy determination of palladium and silver conditions and adaptability. Sodium chloride precipitation was used to separate the silver - ammonia dissolved silver chloride precipitation - potassium nickel cyanide method for the determination of silver; and then in the separation of silver solution with EDTA complexing titration of palladium, so as to achieve rapid titration of two elements in the sample. Experiments show that the determination of 20mg Pd and 10mg Ag, the relative error of not more than ± 1%, the accuracy of the error to meet the requirements. Palladium complexation titration of the general use of thiourea precipitation method, but the need to place thiourea for some time to make the process a little longer. This method in the separation of silver solution after the anti-drip palladium, saving reagents, simplifying the operation.
