富瑞特装6月23日晚间公告,公司23日与五原县梁山东岳车辆有限责任公司签订了《产品购销合同》,约定公司向五原东岳提供汽车再制造油改气的发动机500套和LNG车用瓶1 000个,合同总金额约为5 100万元。在此次交易之前,公司与五原东岳于2013年12月签订过了金额为1 280万元的LNG汽车再制造发动机、LNG车用瓶合同进行汽车发动机再制造油改气,项目预计在本月底或下月初全部履行完毕,合作改装的油改气车辆运行情况良好。
