2015年12月22日至23日,全国发展和改革工作会议在京召开。会议深入学习领会党的十八届五中全会精神,学习贯彻落实中央经济工作会议等重要会议精神,特别是习近平总书记、李克强总理的重要讲话精神和重要批示指示要求,总结2015年发展改革工作,安排部署2016年发展改革工作。国家发展改革委党组书记、主任徐绍史在会上作了题为《振奋精神攻坚克难开拓创新努力实现“十三五”经济社会发展良好开局》的报告。国家发展改革委党组副书记、副主任何立峰主持会议。
