印度《经济时报》10月26日报道称,国有公司印度石油(OilIndia)正在同东非国家莫桑比克谈判,希望参与莫境内Rovuma-1超大海上气田的开发,获得该项目的部分权益。据透露,莫桑比克正在修改能源政策,根据新政策,参与该国油气资源开发的外国公司将有权利把属于自己的权益油气运回母国。
On October 26, India’s Economic Times reported that state-owned OilIndia was negotiating with East African country Mozambique in the hope of participating in the development of the huge offshore gas field of Rovuma-1 in Mozambique and obtaining some of the rights of the project. According to reports, Mozambique is revising its energy policy. Under the new policy, foreign companies involved in the country’s oil and gas development will have the right to return their own oil and gas to their home countries.
