In the current power supply pattern, the rural power supply accounts for more than 40% of the total electricity consumption of the whole society and is in a fundamental position in the power market. The rural labor force contingent is the backbone of enterprise development. However, with the rapid development of enterprises and the severe security pressure at the grassroots level, the overall quality of this team is low and the general lack of ownership and identity has become a reality that can not be ignored.
