利用正交试验极差分析结合回火组织分析,研究热处理工艺参数对含硼60Si2Mn弹簧钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,本试验中回火温度对强度和塑性指标的影响均最大,其次是回火保温时间对强度指标有较强的影响,而淬火温度和淬火保温时间的变化引起的力学性能的波动较小。含硼60Si2Mn弹簧钢最佳热处理工艺为880℃×40 min,油冷+430℃×60 min,空冷。
The influence of heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties of boron-containing 60Si2Mn spring steel was studied by orthogonal analysis of range analysis and tempering microstructure analysis. The results show that the tempering temperature has the greatest influence on the strength and plasticity index in this experiment, followed by tempering holding time has a strong influence on the strength index, while the quenching temperature and quenching holding time changes caused by the mechanical properties of the fluctuations small. The optimum heat treatment process of boron-containing 60Si2Mn spring steel is 880 ℃ × 40 min, oil cooling + 430 ℃ × 60 min, air cooling.
