在初中体育教学中,耐久跑具有较高的锻炼价值,但因为其单调、乏味,又苦且累,使学生往往对其望而生畏,产生害怕的感觉。其原因一方面是学生对耐久跑不感兴趣,不愿意花全力去跑,这大大地影响了体育教师的上课质量。另一方面是老师在上课过程中只是以布置的形式去完成上课的内容,太过刻板,导致学生敷衍了事。从培养学生耐久跑的兴趣着手,针对端正学习态度,让学生明确长跑的意义,并让学生明白长跑对身体的好处,激发学生对耐久跑的兴趣做了讨论和研究。
In junior high school physical education, durable running has a higher value of exercise, but because of its monotonous, boring, hard and tired, so that students tend to be daunting to them, resulting in fear of feeling. The reason is that students are not interested in durable running and do not want to spend the full time to run, which greatly affects the quality of physical education teachers. On the other hand, the teacher merely completed the content of the class in the form of arrangement during the class, which was too stereotyped, resulting in students perfunctorily. Starting from cultivating students ’interest in durable running, aiming at correct learning attitude, students should be allowed to clarify the meaning of long-distance running and let students understand the benefits of long-distance running to stimulate students’ interest in durable running.
