医院工会女职工委员会以维护女职工的合法权益,协调各种劳动关系,动员和组织女职工加快发展,充分调动干部职工团结拼搏、锐意进取为目标,在促进医院的发展中发挥了重要作用。随着国家医疗体制改革的深入和社会的发展,卫生系统的改革也在同步进行,医院女工面临着适应市场经济规则不断变化的挑战,同时医院原有的女工组织工作模式已面临诸多的挑战,如何适应形势的发展从而创新女工工作机制,顺应时代变化,有效整合资源,从而为女工需要服务,是女工组织面临的新的研究课题。本文就如何搞好医院女工工作进行了一些思考。
