今年以来,遂宁市紧密结合本地经济社会发展实际和老干部实际,以“三个抓手”推进老干部志愿服务活动。一是抓支部组织保障。通过开展实地调研检查、举办离退休干部党支部书记培训班等方式,培训离退休干部党支部书记86人,调研指导离退休干部党支部12个,充分发挥离退休干部党支部的战斗堡垒作用。二是抓平台载体拓展。在加强对原有志愿服务团队组织引导的同时,积极推进老干部志愿服务活动向农村延伸,指导组建种养指导
Since the beginning of this year, Suining closely adheres to the reality of local economic and social development and the actual situation of veteran cadres, and promotes volunteer service activities of veteran cadres with “three starting points”.
