本文通过对磁控带极电渣堆焊过程中电压波形的分析和对带极端头形状的观察,探讨了浅熔深堆焊法的物理本质,经过焊剂、焊接规范、附加外磁场及电弧存在比例的变化对母材熔深及焊道质量影响的试验,指出了浅熔深堆焊法获得优质堆焊层的基本规律。
In this paper, by analyzing the voltage waveform during magnetron pole ESR and the observation of the shape of pole tip, the physical essence of shallow penetration deep surfacing method is discussed. After flux, welding specification, external magnetic field and electric arc exist Ratio changes on the base metal penetration and weld quality impact test, pointed out that the shallow penetration deep surfacing welding method to obtain a good quality surfacing.
