我国近几年职业教育的蓬勃发展,为国家的经济建设培养了大量急需的应用型人才,但也遇到了一些困境。表现为职业教育的教学模式的建构以学术体系为基础,忽略了职业教育的本质和规律,而实践教学模式表现尤为突出。本文在回归职业教育本质的逻辑基础上,探讨了以STW理论为指导的实践教学模式的重构,并创造性地提出了基于“虚拟合同”实践教学模式,为丰富工作过程导向的课程改革做出了探索。
In recent years, the vigorous development of vocational education in our country has trained a large number of urgently needed applied talents for the country’s economic construction, but has also encountered some difficulties.
