目的:探讨分析氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月在我院接受治疗的80例霉菌性阴道炎患者进行研究,将所有患者随机分为实验组以及对照组,每组40例,对照组予以氟康唑治疗,实验组予以氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗,实验结束后,对两组患者不良反应发生率以及复发率进行比较分析。结果:实验组患者不良反应发生率以及复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效显著,安全性较高,不良反应较少,复发率较低,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods: Eighty patients with fungal vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Fluconazole The treatment group was treated with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository. After the experiment was finished, the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository is effective in treating fungal vaginitis. It has higher safety, fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion application.
