PPM穿孔工艺由于使用廉价的连铸方坯作坯料,在无缝钢管生产中具有较高的经济效益。作者在北京钢铁学院PPM模拟装置上,采用铅试样模拟连铸方坯内部横裂纹的分布和形态,研究连铸方坯内部的主要缺陷—横裂纹在PPM穿孔过程中的变化行为。通过试验研究,得到了连铸方坯横裂纹在PPM穿孔中的变化行为的规律和金属流动规律与连铸坯内裂变化行为的关系。
PPM perforation process due to the use of cheap continuous casting billet as a blank, in the production of seamless steel pipe with high economic benefits. On the PPM simulation device of Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, the lead sample was used to simulate the distribution and morphology of internal transverse cracks in continuous casting billets. The main defect of continuous casting billets was studied. The transverse behavior of transverse cracks during PPM perforating process was studied. Through the experimental study, the law of the transverse behavior of continuous billet in PPM perforation and the relationship between the metal flow law and the fission behavior of continuous casting billet were obtained.
