1 问题的提出我厂用油压机对汽车薄板零件进行拉伸(或成形)工艺加工的很多。立式油压机的工作顺序是:快速空程下降→慢速工作成形(或拉伸)→保压→卸压→回程。其中,几乎所有的油压机在慢速工作成形阶段,其工作速度都很慢,一般为3~6mm/s,约为快速空程下降速度的1/10。如我厂在拉伸后桥盖时,工作时间(24.4s)是快速空程下降时间(4s)的6倍。可见,合理地提高薄板冲压油压机工作速度,是一个值得探讨的课题。用油压机成形(或拉伸)众多的薄板零件中,我们发现拉伸(或成形)过程和定型加压压力变化的一个规律,即拉伸(或成形)过程压力大约是定型加压压力的1/2.2~1/3,
