中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近期印发有关指导意见和改革方案,全面推进公车制度改革,中央和国家机关率先推进车改。本次公车改革,将取消副部级以下领导干部用车和一般公务用车,普通公务出行将由公务人员自行选择社会化的方式以及适度发放公务交通补贴。车轮上的浪费和腐败,是长期存在于我们社会的巨大“疮疤”。在经过多年准备后,中央推出改革方案启动新一轮车改,改革的手术刀正式斩向公车顽疾。公众对推进公车改革呼声很高,此次车改方案中体现的比较彻底的社会化和市场化改革方向,没有让公众失望。
The CPC Central Committee General Office and the State Council General Office recently issued relevant guidance and reform proposals, comprehensively promoted the reform of the bus system, and the central government and state agencies took the lead in promoting the reform of the automobile market. After years of preparation, the Central Government launched a reform program to launch a new round of car reform, and the reform of the scalpel officially cut to the public bus. The public has made a lot of calls for pushing forward the reform of public buses. The more thorough socialization and marketization reforms embodied in the car reform plan have not disappointed the public.
