β-环糊精具有中心空腔,与进入该空腔的有机分子,能够形成包结络合物。本文通过核磁共振─氢谱研究β-环糊精与α-萘酚的包结历程,即利用化学位移的变化,推出色结络合物的可能结构和包结类型。
β-Cyclodextrin has a central cavity, which can form inclusion complexes with organic molecules entering the cavity. In this paper, the entrapment of β-cyclodextrin and α-naphthol was studied by 1H-NMR. That is, the possible structure and inclusion type of the complex were introduced using the chemical shift.
