现在关于“领导”的定义很多,但从最一般的意义上来讲,所谓领导,就是指领导者带领或引导被领导者正确地认识世界和能动地改造世界的活动。因此,领导活动中包含着认识的因素、环节、过程。在此我们称之为领导者的认识活动。马克思主义认识论揭示了人类认识产生和发展的总规律,它对领导者认识活动具有根本的指导意义,是勿庸置疑的。但是,领导者的认识活动作为人类认识活动的一种特殊形式,在遵循人类认识活动总规律的同时,又具有某些为总规律所难以涵盖与包客的个性、特征。因此,有必要在马克思主义认识论的指导下,揭示领导者认识活动的特殊本质和特殊规律,建立领导认识论。
Nowadays, there are many definitions of “leadership”. However, in the most general sense, “leadership” refers to the activities that leaders lead or guide the leaders to correctly understand the world and actively transform the world. Therefore, the leadership activities include the understanding of factors, links, processes. Here we call the leader’s awareness activities. Marxist epistemology reveals the general law of the emergence and development of human cognition. It is undoubtedly of fundamental guiding significance to the leader’s cognitive activity. However, as a special form of human cognition activities, the leader’s awareness activities follow the general rules of human cognition activities and at the same time, have certain personality and characteristics that are difficult to cover and package with the general laws. Therefore, under the guidance of Marxist epistemology, it is necessary to reveal the special nature and special laws of leaders’ cognition activities and establish the leadership epistemology.
