由水电部科技局、“三工”试验(水工、河工、港工)量测仪器协调小组联合召开的全国“三工”试验量测仪器研究工作讨论会于一九八二年五月四日至八日在郑州市召开。这样的会议在我国是继1979年武汉、南京会议以来的第二次。有三十七个单位的九十一名代表参加了会议,交流资料四十六篇。会议交流了“三工”试验量测仪器的研制、生产、应用及理论探索的成果和经验;展览了近几年来研制
A seminar on the national “Three Laborers” test and measurement instrument jointly held by the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Electricity and Water Resources, the “Three Workers” (Hydraulic, River Workers and Hong Kong Workers) Co-ordination Group on May 4, 1982 Day to be held in Zhengzhou on the 8th.
