采用吡喃环上的次甲基的吸收峰(1 389和2 865cm-1)面积比作为定量参照,建立了一种检测壳聚糖含量的傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析方法,并验证了其适用性.结果表明,所建立的FT-IR分析方法可用于定量测定药物剂型中的壳聚糖含量.
A Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) method for the determination of the content of chitosan was established by using the area ratio of the methine group on the pyran ring (1 389 and 2 865cm-1) as the quantitative reference Its applicability was verified.The results showed that the established FT-IR analysis method can be used to quantitatively determine the content of chitosan in pharmaceutical dosage forms.
