吡啶偶氮类显色剂用于钯的测定已有报导,但灵敏度和选择性却不甚理想。本文应用2-〔(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶)偶氮〕-5-二甲氮基苯胺(简称3,5-di-Br-PADMA)作为测定钯的新试剂,系统地研究了测定钯的适宜条件,试验了大多数常见离子的干扰情况,测定了络合物的组成及摩尔吸光系数,拟定了光度分析方法。试验表明,3,5-di-Br-PADMA较之目前所报导的吡啶偶氮类其它试剂,对钯具有更高的灵敏度(ε_(620)=9.0×10~4)和选择性。
The use of pyridine azo colorants for the determination of palladium has been reported, but the sensitivity and selectivity are less than ideal. In this paper, a new reagent for the determination of palladium has been systematically studied using 2 - [(3,5-dibromo-2-pyridyl) azo] -5-diazanilide (referred to as 3,5-di-Br-PADMA) The suitable conditions for the determination of palladium were tested, the interference of most common ions was tested, the composition and molar absorptivity of the complex were determined, and the photometric method was developed. Experiments show that 3,5-di-Br-PADMA has higher sensitivity to palladium (ε_ (620) = 9.0 × 10 -4) and selectivity than other pyridylazines currently reported.
