故障现象一辆2009款昌河福瑞达车(采用465QE-IA发动机,发动机采用博世电控多点燃油喷射系统),在正常行驶中发动机突然熄火,熄火后再也无法起动着机,同时前照灯也不亮。故障诊断将该车拖回公司后,首先用故障检测仪进行检测,结果故障检测仪无法和发动机系统进行通讯,而且当点火开关接通时发动机故障灯不亮,于是开始检查相关电路。当检查到发动机室内熔丝盒时,发现电控单元15 A主熔丝已经熔断。断开点火开关,换上1只新的15 A熔丝后,发现接通点火开关该熔丝再次熔断,至此说明相关线路中有短路的现象。
