我厂生产的高速钢制φ3.5~7毫米直柄麻花钻头过去采用580~620℃分级后空冷,清洗后校直。由于分级淬火后韧性低,不能实现机械校直,只能进行人工校直,不但效率低而且合格率只有50%,废次品很多,并且在钻孔时发现有折断和崩刃现象。经过多次反复试验,我们采用等温淬火后双辊校直再进行回火。这样处理后弯曲变形大大减少,合格率显著提高,达90%以上。由于等温淬火后具有
I produced high-speed steel φ3.5 ~ 7 mm straight shank twist drill used in the past 580 ~ 620 ℃ classification of air-cooled, straightened after cleaning. Due to the low toughness after classification and quenching, mechanical straightening can not be realized and only manual straightening can be carried out. Not only the efficiency is low but also the passing rate is only 50%. Many defective wastes are scrapped and broken and collapsed when drilling are found. After repeated trial and error, we use isothermal quenching double-roll straightening and then tempering. After this treatment greatly reduces the bending deformation, the passing rate significantly increased, up to 90%. As isothermal quenching has
