加拿大Enbridge公司全压力保护系统的防超压保护功能依靠管道SCADA系统的全压力自动调节模块(TPC,Total Pressure Control Module)实现。该系统包括各种形式的管道压力保护逻辑,分为站场级和管道级两个层次,针对管道全线压力可能的超限情况进行保护。站场级保护动作由站控PLC执行,并在系统操作员工作站显示相应的报警信号;管道级保护则通过PROCYS系统监视管道沿线所有压力点,并根据需要采取一系列站场响应,实现其对管道的保护功能,包括动态调整最大出站压力限值保护、通信中断时全线压力保护、管道关断保护和全线停车保护。针对该系统的重要保护项与国内压力保护系统进行对比,提出国内输油管道安全保护系统设计和改进的方向与建议。
Canada’s Enbridge pressure protection system against pressure overpressure protection rely on the pipeline SCADA system of the total pressure automatic adjustment module (TPC, Total Pressure Control Module) to achieve. The system includes various forms of pipeline pressure protection logic, which are divided into two levels: station level and pipeline level, which protect against the potential overrun of the pipeline across the pipeline. The station-level protection action is executed by the station-controlled PLC and the corresponding alarm signal is displayed at the system operator workstation. The pipeline-level protection monitors all pressure points along the pipeline through the PROCYS system and adopts a series of station responses according to the needs, Pipeline protection features, including dynamic adjustment of the maximum outbound pressure limit protection, communication interruption of the entire line of pressure protection, pipeline shutdown protection and full line of protection. Aiming at the important protection items of the system and the domestic pressure protection system, the author puts forward the direction and suggestions for the design and improvement of the domestic oil pipeline safety protection system.
