在管理领域中,“HSE”体系是指健康、安全以及环境。因为这三者在管理工作中有着极为紧密的联系,所以三者相互融合形成了一个较为完善的管理系统,这也是现代石油企业的管理趋势。本文对石油钻探HSE体系进行深入探讨,并会对该体系在油田钻探现场管理中的运用方式展开全面研究,旨在优化HSE体系运用质量,保证石油企业整体管理水平的稳定提升。
In the area of management, the “HSE” system refers to health, safety and the environment. Because these three have a very close relationship in management, the three are intertwined to form a relatively perfect management system. This is also the management trend of modern petroleum enterprises. This paper explores the HSE system of oil drilling in depth and will conduct a comprehensive study on the application of the system in on-site management of oilfields to optimize the quality of HSE system and ensure the stable improvement of the overall management level of petroleum enterprises.
