《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007—2002)5.2.4条规定了地基承载力特征值修正计算的公式,但在实际工程中高层建筑应用地基承载力特征值修正计算的例子并不多见,特别是在超高层建筑采用筏板基础的地基基础设计中就更加少见了。沈阳茂业中心292m高的超高层建筑采用筏板基础,基础持力层为圆砾层,地基承载力特征值为650kPa,但设计需要的地基承载力特征值为760kPa,其中110kPa地基承载力差额是通过对地基承载力特征值的修正来弥补的。通过对其地基承载力进行修正计算和设计,为今后类似工程的基础设计及地基承载力修正设计计算提供参考依据。
