石斛兰花型繁多、花色艳丽,既可作为切花观赏,又可作为盆花栽种,与卡特兰、蝴蝶兰和万代兰合称“四大洋兰”。石斛兰已是一种重要的年宵花卉,广受市场欢迎。鉴于石斛兰的大量需求,传统的繁殖方法严重制约了石斛兰的繁殖,无论是数量的扩大,还是植株的株型、花色等的改良,传统的繁殖方法都无法逾越这个瓶颈。而采用植物组织培养技术能大量扩繁石斛兰的数量,并且采用脱毒技术能获取无病毒植株,对植株的性状改良起决定性作用。基于此,
