为了对火力发电设备中大型高中压汽轮机转子进行安全性评价,本文对30Cr2MoV钢的高温系列温度 J 积分特性进行了测试研究。根据我国 GB2038—80和美国 ASTM E813——81标准方法,运用三点弯曲预裂纹试样,测试了室温、100℃、200℃,300℃、450℃,500℃、550℃下的 J_R 阻力曲线。文中对所测得的 J_R—Δa 数据进行了分析讨论,并且换算成了 K_1(?)数值,从而为设计部门和电站寿命管理工作提供了有效的分析依据。
In order to evaluate the safety of the large high pressure turbine rotor in thermal power plant, the J-integral characteristic of the high temperature series temperature of 30Cr2MoV steel was studied in this paper. According to our country GB2038-80 and American ASTM E813--81 standard method, the three-point bending pre-cracked specimen was used to test the J_R resistance curve at room temperature, 100 ℃, 200 ℃, 300 ℃, 450 ℃, 500 ℃, 550 ℃ . In this paper, the measured J_R-Δa data are analyzed and discussed, and converted into K_1 (?) Values, which provides an effective analysis basis for the design department and power station life management.
