近几年,我省不少地方陆续开展了一些国有企业产权交易活动,为推进国有资产合理流动、优化资产配置,提高资产运营效益,起到了积极作用,总体情况是好的。但一些地方在进行国有企业产权交易过程中也存在一些问题。为了使国有企业产权交易逐步纳入规范化、法制化管理轨道,保证产权交易活动健康有序地进行,根据国办发明电[1994]12号《国务院办公厅关于加强国有企业产权交易管理的通知》(以下简称《通知》)精神,结合我省实际,现就加强国有企业产权交易管理的有关问题通知如下:
