运用调查问卷和心理健康诊断测验(MHT)量表,研究定向运动选项课对高职院校学生心理健康水平的影响,抽取漳州城市职业学院同一专业的168名学生进行调查,随机将学生分为实验组和对照组。经实验研究发现,实验组的高职学生的心理健康状况显著改善,在过敏倾向、学习焦虑、自责倾向、孤独倾向等因子项目上有明显的变化(P<0.05),表明在高职院校发展定向运动选项课对学生的心理健康状况有积极的影响。
Using the questionnaire and mental health diagnostic test (MHT) scale to study the effect of selective exercise class on the mental health of students in higher vocational schools, 168 students of the same major in Zhangzhou Urban Vocational College were selected for investigation. Students were randomly divided into Experimental group and control group. The experimental study found that the experimental group of students in higher mental health significantly improved, in the allergy tendencies, anxiety, self-blame tendencies, loneliness and other factors have obvious changes (P <0.05), indicating that higher vocational colleges School Development Orienteering Elective Courses have a positive impact on students’ mental health.
