在铁路桥梁建筑中,沉井基础工程很多,沉井的制作通常需要大量钢筋来作骨架,钢材需要量跟大。 武汉铁路局从1958到1960年,对某些桥梁的沉井工程作了研究分析之后,试用了无筋沉井和少筋沉井,保证了施工的顺利进行,为国家节省了大量的钢材,并且质量良好,经过总结经验,认为这一措施具有重大的经济意义,已在全局基建范围内推广。现将施工的初步经验简要介绍于下,以供研究参考。
In the construction of railway bridges, there are many caisson foundation projects, and the production of caisson usually requires a large number of rebars as skeletons, and the demand for steel will increase. From 1958 to 1960, the Wuhan Railway Administration conducted a study and analysis of the caisson projects of some bridges, and tried the unsinking caisson and the caving and caisson to ensure the smooth construction of the project and save the country a large amount of steel. And the quality is good. After summing up the experience, we believe that this measure has great economic significance and has been promoted within the scope of the overall infrastructure. The preliminary experience of construction is briefly introduced below for reference of research.
