我厂产品零件,有不少零件形状复杂,不规则(如图1),尺寸大小也不相同,铣削时,很不方便,零件质量不易保证,针对这种情况,我们设计制造了一种成组铣用夹具(图2)。一、结构分析夹具是采用铰链式多位夹紧机构,结构简单、使用方便、灵活可靠。 1.定位机构:零件以底盘7、挡铁1及螺栓8来完成定位。零件的端面A和底盘接触,根据端面A和B的高度差来调整螺栓8以限制两个定位自由度。挡铁1上面有V形槽用以定位,它可限制4个
