冲突在幼儿园中时常发生,冲突的解决过程是幼儿学习社会交往和解决问题的自然历程,教师在其中扮演着重要的角色。采用观察法、访谈法等方法对幼儿教师解决幼儿冲突的策略进行研究。通过观察与研究数据的整理和分析,发现教师在解决幼儿冲突策略中出现的问题;分析影响教师解决幼儿冲突策略的因素;最后有针对性地提出优化教师的解决幼儿冲突的建议。
Conflicts often occur in kindergarten. The process of conflict resolution is a natural course in which children learn to socialize and solve problems. Teachers play an important role in them. Using the methods of observation and interview to study the strategies of kindergarten teachers in resolving children’s conflicts. Through the collation and analysis of the observation and research data, we find out the teachers’ problems in solving the conflict strategy of young children; analyze the factors that affect the teachers’ tactics of conflict resolution; and finally put forward suggestions on how to optimize the teachers’ conflict resolution.
