轮对车床是一种和普通机床相比早就高度自动化的专用机床。该机床通过采用确定加工任务和自动校验的传感器、数字信息处理以及新改进的机床设计方案达到了一个更高的自动化程度,这就使生产在人为影响、人工费用和人工监控方面大为减少。为此,其主要部分就是测头、刀具损坏监控装置、自动换刀、可靠的排屑以及完善的过程设计软件包。在特殊情况下机床必须进行人工操作时可采用与机床控制装置相应的、使用方便的“操作面板”。
Wheel lathe is a machine tool that has been highly automated as compared with ordinary machine tools. The machine achieves a much higher level of automation through the use of sensors that determine machining tasks and auto-calibration, digital information processing, and new and improved machine design solutions, resulting in a significant reduction in production in terms of human impact, labor costs and manual monitoring . To this end, the main part is the probe, tool damage monitoring device, automatic tool change, reliable chip removal and a complete process design package. Under special circumstances, the machine tool must be manually operated and can be used with the machine control device, easy to use “control panel.”
