The dynamical static analysis of swivel mechanism of Swedish X-type tilting train is carried out by the method of substrate vector. The whole process is not treated in an approximate way and all the unknown forces are expressed as the explicit functions of the known quantities. The calculation results are accurate and time-consuming. The method and the results can be used for vehicle body motion analysis, power control and materials, structural studies
