2月18日公布的第五次中国私营企业抽样调查报告为经历了20多年发展的中国私营经济勾勒出了一幅生动的全景图,报告称,私营经济不仅数量迅速增加,而且规模不断扩大,存活期延长。但是私营企业销售利润逐年下降,发展环境仍有待于进一步改善,而且,诚信严重影响了私营企业的发展。据了解,此次私营企业抽样调查工作历时一年,调查对象包括中国大陆31个省、自治区、直辖市以及新疆生产建设兵团,按全国共有私营企业1.8‰比例发出问卷,获得了大量数据。“中国私营企业研究”课题组已对中国私营企业和企业主持续调查十年之久,分别进行了五次大规模的全国私营企业抽样调查。根据第五次调查数据所作的分析,会同其他相关资料、文献编辑出版了《中国私营经济年鉴》第四卷(2002年版)。中国民(私)经济研究会的中国民《私)营经济信息网(www.acsper.org.cn)也于2月19日正式开通。
The fifth survey of Chinese private enterprises released on February 18 reported a vivid panorama of the private economy in China that has experienced more than 20 years of development. The research group on private-owned enterprises in China has conducted a continuous investigation on private-owned enterprises and business owners in China for 10 years and conducted five large-scale sample surveys on private-owned enterprises nationwide. According to the analysis of the fifth survey data, we compiled and edited the fourth volume (2002 edition) of China's Private Economy Yearbook in conjunction with other related materials and documents. The Chinese People's and Private Economic Research Society's Chinese People's Private Business Information Network (www.acsper.org.cn) was also officially opened on February 19.
