从国际大豆市场的生产销售分析入手 ,结合我国大豆食品的生产、流通、销售现状以及人民生活中传统的饮食习惯 ,通过对发展我国传统大豆食品的优势和劣势的探讨 ,提出了增强国产大豆市场竞争力的建议 :要结合我国现有大豆原料的特性 ,以抓好大豆品质 ,提高加工技术为基础 ;加大应用技术和功能性豆制品的开发和研究力度 ,从加强传统豆制品的标准化、规格化、系列化入手 ,完善流通体系 ,扩大营销规模 ;加强企业联合 ,增强国际竞争力 ,大力发展大豆食品民族工业 ,使传统的大豆食品真正成为营养、安全、方便、可食的现代食品。
Starting with the analysis of the production and sales in the international soybean market and combining with the production, circulation and sales status of soybean food in China and the traditional eating habits in people’s life, the author discusses the advantages and disadvantages of developing China’s traditional soybean food, Competitive advice: we should combine the characteristics of China’s existing soybean raw materials, to grasp the quality of soybeans, improve processing technology as the basis; increase the application of technology and functional soy products development and research efforts, from strengthening the standardization of traditional soy products, Standardized and serialized, improved the circulation system and expanded the scale of marketing; strengthened the cooperation among enterprises and enhanced the international competitiveness; vigorously developed the national industry of soybean food so that the traditional soybean food truly became a modern food that is nutritious, safe, convenient and edible.
