目的:优选出合理的五味子去油除杂工艺。方法:采用正交设计安排实验,以五味子甲素的含量作为考察指标,考察了加蜡时药液醇浓度、加入蜂蜡量对五味子甲素提取率的影响,筛选五味子精制除油的最佳条件。结果:药液含醇浓度为60%、蜂蜡量为药材投量的2%为最佳工艺。结论:工艺稳定可行,可作为五味子生产工艺的参考。
Objective: To optimize the process of removing oil from the Schisandra chinensis. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to arrange the experiment. The content of schizandrin A was used as the inspection index. The effect of alcohol concentration and the amount of added wax on the extraction rate of schizandrin A were investigated. . Results: The best process was to use 60% alcohol and 2% of beeswax as the dosage of medicinal materials. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, and can be used as a reference for the production process of Schisandra.
