石骨症合并妊高症足月分娩临床上极为罕见,现将我院一例介绍如下。一、病例报告涂某,26岁,农民,住院号66597,孕44周,全身浮肿,阵发性腹痛3小时,于1991年6月8日8时入院,预产期1991年5月13日。孕4~+月感胎动,孕8~+月出现双下肢浮肿,并逐渐加重波及大腿、下腹部及颜面,孕期常感纳差、头晕、乏力,个能从事劳动,无发热及肝区疼痛,大小便无异常。门诊以“妊高症、瘢 Stone osteoporosis complicated with pregnancy-induced full-term delivery clinically very rare, now a case of our hospital are as follows.
